About The Role
As an Extruder Operator, you’ll run our Blown Film Extrusion lines to produce both in-process and finished goods. You’ll work alongside other operators to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Run extruders as part of a team with other operators
- Keep resin supplies stocked and available for the line
- Assist with film testing procedures
- Take on other duties as directed by the Extrusion Manager
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Required: High school diploma or GED
- Required: 2 years of general work experience
- Required: Basic computer skills
Work Environment
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Exposure to typical plant conditions (temperature changes, noise, and machinery)
